Shipping, Payments & Returns

Please be aware that Australia Post is a very reliable and economical shipping option but it is also pretty slow these days, we are getting an average of 2-3 weeks towards USA Europe and Asia.



We only accept payments through PayPal and bank transfer.




 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please inform us within two weeks from the date you received it if you wish to return an item. You do not even have to give a reason although it would be helpful if you could to help us improve our services. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods once we have been informed. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is reasonable, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Warranty and Repairs
We provide a 1 year warranty on all of our products unless stated otherwise in product documentation. Repairs for items not covered by the warranty are dealt with on an individual basis. 


Receiving an Incorrect Item
We do check each order prior to dispatch however mistakes do happen. If you receive an item you didn't order we will ship the correct item to you immediately and we will come to an arrangement on how to retreive the incorrect item.

Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We also recommend the item is well packaged as any damage caused by the courier or postal service you have used is not our responsibility.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half kilogram.


You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, import taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods from the Australia! There is no way for us, SimCore (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries FedEx and/or postal system may charge you. Invoices may be required by your local customs office or for FedEx. If you decide not to pay costs required by your customs - we cannot issue any refunds.


We will not falsify customs forms - documentation will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We will not mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or show reduced value.
